Get Polished Slide Decks in Seconds with Google’s New AI

Date:

Google has unveiled a new AI-powered feature that delivers polished, professional slide decks in seconds. The tool, part of Gemini Canvas, can take any of your text documents or reports and automatically generate a complete Google Slides presentation.
This feature is a massive time-saver. The AI reads and interprets your file, then intelligently designs a presentation based on it. It automatically generates titles, adds section breaks, and even includes relevant visuals to enhance the slides.
For students and professionals, this update could redefine workflows. The ability to move from a research paper or business report to a polished presentation in seconds removes a major bottleneck in productivity.
Once the AI creates the draft, users can export it directly to Google Slides. This allows for easy editing, customization, and collaboration, combining the speed of AI with the control of human oversight.
The feature is currently rolling out globally to both personal Google accounts and Workspace users. Early reports suggest Gemini Advanced (Pro) subscribers are seeing it first, with a wider release for all users coming soon.
