Focusing on Türkiye’s burgeoning defense industry, Erdoğan noted that the country’s defense exports have seen substantial growth, rising from approximately $248 million two decades ago to over $10 billion. He expressed optimism that Türkiye would soon rank among the world’s top 10 defense exporters, showcasing the country’s advancements in this field.
In addition to defense collaboration, Erdoğan urged American investors to consider opportunities in Türkiye, citing a new investment initiative that offers competitive incentives. He indicated that this drive is part of a broader effort to boost foreign investment and strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
